Payment policy for custom orders

We believe in transparency and clarity when it comes to payments. Below you'll find our payment terms for each of the custom services we offer. Please review carefully before booking your project.

Custom T-Shirts

Design Fee

  • Hand-drawn designs: $20/hr

  • Canva-based designs: $15/hr

  • Design fee is based on an hourly rate and a quote will be provided to the customer for the estimated work time prior to the work beginning.

  • A 50% deposit of the estimated design fee is required before any design work begins.

  • Remaining design fee balance must be paid in full before the order is submitted to print and ship.

  • Additional revisions may be subject to further charges of $25 per revision and are accepted at the discretion of the artist.

  • Rush fees start at an additional $50+ depending on the timeline.

  • Note: Design fees are not eligible for bulk discounts

Shirt Cost

  • Starts at $20 per tee

  • Bulk pricing available for group orders of 50+ shirts

    • 10% Discount for 50-99 shirts

    • 15% Discount for 100+ shirts

    • Bulk discounts apply only to the cost of shirts, not to the design fee

  • The full cost of all shirts must be paid before the order is submitted for print. Custom Links available upon request (please note: this option is not compatible with bulk pricing discounts).

Order & Shipping

  • Group Order (Single Address):

    • A single lump sum payment is made (design fee + total shirt cost)

    • Shirts are shipped together to only one address

  • Individual Orders via Custom Link:

    • A custom order link can be provided to share with your group

    • Design fee must still be paid in full up front

    • Shirts remain $20 each (bulk pricing not available through this option)

  • Orders will only be submitted to print after the full design fees, shirt costs, and shipping costs are paid in full and verified.

  • Shipping costs are estimated when orders have been finalized and will be due as part of the total cost before orders are submitted. We are unable to calculate this in the initial quote.

Logo Creation

Design Fee

  • The full design fee must be paid before any logo work begins.

  • Starter Logo Package: Starts at $150

  • Full Logo Suite: Starts at $250

  • Pricing may increase depending on complexity or if additional revision rounds are requested.

Revisions

  • Starter Package includes 2 rounds of revisions.

  • Full Logo Suite includes 3 rounds of revisions.

  • Additional revisions beyond what's included may incur extra charges at a flat hourly rate of $25/hr.

Delivery

  • Final files (PNG, JPG, PDF, and SVG for Full Suite) will be delivered upon final approval and once payment is completed in full.

  • No files will be released prior to full payment.

Timeline & Communication

  • Timelines will be outlined before work begins. Prompt communication is essential to stay on schedule.

  • If feedback is delayed, timelines may shift accordingly.

Payment Terms

  • A minimum estimate will be provided after an initial consult.

  • Full design fee payment is required to begin work.

  • Any additional fees such as revisions must be paid before final files are delivered.

Marketing Materials

Design Fee

  • Starter Brand Kit – Starting at $100

  • Full Brand Launch Kit – Starting at $250

  • Custom bundles available — larger projects quoted separately

  • Printing Costs: Quoted separately and depends on third party printing services and shipping.

  • Custom Elements are optional to add (includes hand-drawn elements and additional features not found in Canva’s database): $5 per additional custom element

Revisions

  • Each package includes a set number of revisions (1 or 2 per item depending on the package). Any additional revisions will be billed at $25/hr, with scope and timeline adjusted accordingly.

Delivery

  • Final assets will be delivered in appropriate print-ready and digital formats (PDF, JPG, PNG).

  • Social media templates can be provided as static files or editable Canva links upon request.

  • Printed materials will be fulfilled through Canva's high-quality print services and shipped to the address provided. Shipping rates and timelines will be included in your final invoice, if applicable.

Timeline & Communication

  • Project timelines will be communicated clearly at the start and are dependent on prompt feedback.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unresponsiveness or lack of communication. Clients are expected to check email regularly during the design process.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit or full payment is required before work begins (Please review each product section on this page for its payment terms).

  • Any additional fees or remaining payments are due upon approval of the final design and must be paid in full before files are released and/or printing is fulfilled.

  • Larger or custom-scoped projects may require adjusted payment schedules.

  • Shipping costs are estimated when orders have been finalized and will be due as part of the total cost before orders are submitted. We are unable to calculate this in the initial quote.

Other important Info & policies

We maintain the right to delay or withhold order placement until all payments have been received and verified. We are not responsible for delays to the agreed-upon timeline if the customer does not respond to emails or provide requested approvals or payments in a timely manner.

We accept payments for custom work via Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo. We do not accept E-Checks.

Invoices for total order amounts must be paid within 5 business days of receipt to avoid delays.

No physical or digital assets will be delivered until payment is made in full.

Refunds for deposits are not available once design work has begun, but we are happy to work with you on revisions to ensure that you are happy with your final design!
